RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS POLICY

The exchange or return process is very simple and fast.

For all deadlines and policies, the Consumer Protection Code will apply, so for the return, the customer has a period of up to 7 (seven) calendar days after the date of receipt of the goods to request the return, communicating via email to mateuskielingtattoo@gmail.com .

After 48 hours of sending the request, we will contact the customer by email to inform the return process.

The refund will be made in the total value of the returned item(s).
 

The product returned without prior notice, after the deadline, damaged or missing any item/accessory that comes with the product, will be resent to the customer.

 

All items must be returned in their original packaging (box), with tags and seals intact. All orders must be shipped with the product and the purchase invoice attached to the packaging.

We reserve the right not to cancel any product that shows signs of misuse.
 

Whenever you receive your merchandise, it is advisable to check it upon delivery by the carrier.

If you receive the package opened or damaged, the product exchanged or in disagreement with the order, refuse to receive the product. If you still receive the product, please contact us within 72 hours through our support channels.

 

We only exchange physical products by size or products of the same brand, following the return policy.

The cost of shipping for return or exchange of product is borne by the customer.

Digital products are not returnable and/or refundable if downloaded.
